Lynn and I have been friends for 69 years. Growing up we went to school together and spent countless after school hours together.We experienced many of life's firsts together. I treasured our friendship then and still do. Lynn was smart, kind, artistically talented and fun to be with. Lynn was a very young wife and mother. She handled the challenge with grace, maturity and love. She loved and was so proud of her family - Al, her kids, grandkids and lately her great grandkids. Through the years, whenever Lynn and I were together we would slip into our old friendship as if we were never apart. I have been so very lucky that we have stayed connected. I miss you Lynn. I would like to thank Al for the loving care he has given my friend particularly over the last 11 years. Lynn was always included in every activity and every conversation. Al educated himself how to best care for Lynn and help her through the challenging times. That is what love is.
